By joining, you’re helping build a respectful and supportive community centered on exclusive creator content. To keep Stacked positive for everyone, please follow these guidelines. As the platform grows, what’s considered acceptable may evolve—so check back for updates as we shape Stacked together.
To ensure a safe environment for all creators and users, the following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the platform. The uploading, sharing, or monetization of any of the following will result in immediate content removal and potential account termination.
Illegal and Non-Consensual Content (Zero Tolerance)
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content featuring, suggesting, or depicting minors (anyone under the age of 18) in a sexual context. This includes animated or AI-generated depictions of minors.
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery: Any intimate or sexual content shared without the explicit, documented consent of all parties involved (often referred to as "revenge porn").
Lack of Age Verification/Consent: Any adult content featuring individuals who have not been verified as 18+ and have not signed a model release/consent form on the platform.
Prohibited Adult & Sexual Content Types
While consensual adult content may be permitted on the platform, the following specific acts and themes are strictly prohibited, even if consensual:
Bestiality and Zoophilia: Any sexual contact, real or simulated, involving animals.
Necrophilia: Any sexual contact, real or simulated, involving corpses.
Incest: Real or simulated sexual acts involving blood relatives.
Non-Consensual Roleplay (CNC) / Rape / Sexual Assault: Any depiction, promotion, or romanticization of rape, sexual assault, or non-consensual acts, even if presented as a fantasy or roleplay.
Extreme Fetishes: Content depicting scatology (feces), extreme urolagnia, bloodplay, mutilation, or the consumption of bodily fluids other than semen/saliva.
Intoxication: Content depicting sexual acts where any participant appears visibly incapacitated, heavily intoxicated, or unconscious (and therefore unable to provide active consent).
Public Sex: Depictions of sexual acts occurring in public spaces where non-consenting individuals or minors could be present.
Violence, Gore, and Self-Harm
Self-Harm and Suicide: Any content that encourages, promotes, provides instructions for, or depicts self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.
Extreme Violence and Gore: Graphic depictions of real-world violence, torture, dismemberment, or snuff films.
Animal Cruelty: Content that depicts physical abuse, neglect, or harm to animals.
Prohibited Commercial Activities and Offline Acts
Escort Services and Prostitution: Using the platform to advertise, negotiate, or facilitate paid physical encounters, escort services, or prostitution.
Trafficking: Any content related to human trafficking or the facilitation of illegal immigration.
Fraud and Scams: Extortion, blackmail, phishing, pyramid schemes, or deceiving users for financial gain.
Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on severity. These rules exist to keep Stacked safe, enjoyable, and respectful. By using Stacked, you agree to follow them.
