Welcome to Stacked (the “Platform”)! Stacked is provided by Outlier Collective, Inc. (“Outlier,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through the website, www.stacked.com. Stacked allows users to watch videos with friends and other users around the world, facilitating social viewing of video content and asynchronous watch parties (collectively, “Services”). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy details our practices concerning your personal data that is collected from you or provided by you. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the Platform. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What data do we collect?

We collect data and information you provide to us when you create an account and use our Services, including but not limited to, technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. We also collect information about you if you login to the website and interact with the Platform without creating an account.

We will also collect your location when you provide it to better serve and/or recommend content in your local language.

No children under the age of 18 should be using Stacked without the express consent from their parent or legal guardian. If a user is found to be underage without express consent of their parent or legal guardian, we will delete their account and any associated information.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about how we process your personal data, please contact us immediately and we will address your concerns as quickly as commercially possible. You further have the right to launch a claim with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
