Responsibilities

• Lead the design efforts for new product features and enhancements, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, incorporating user feedback and best design practices.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, contributing insights to the team and driving the evolution of our design system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, with a strong grasp of UX best practices, typography, layout, and design principles.

• Experience in designing for various platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, etc.).

• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Framer, Principle) with a willingness to learn new tools.

• Familiarity with mobile/web standards, accessibility, and UX best practices.

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Passion for staying updated on emerging technology and design trends, with an ability to educate others on design system opportunities and challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and tackle challenges proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX design for a startup, video streaming platform, or cryptocurrency.
